2016 Signature Awards – Animation or Motion Graphics – #TextBabies
Partners in Inner-city Integrated Prenatal Care (PIIPC) is a collaboration of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority; University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Nursing; Mount Carmel Clinic; the Mothering Project; Healthy Child Manitoba; Manitoba Health; and Women’s Hospital. Its goal is to improve access to and use of prenatal care in Winnipeg’s core communities.
ChangeMakers developed a program brand and marketing campaign using grassroots and community strategies to reach the audience, which included many marginalized populations, where they live, work and play. The consultation with community partners in the campaign development helped ChangeMakers create an eye-catching, culturally relevant campaign that spoke in a personal way to the target audience.
The This Way to a Healthy Baby video promoted on social media was widely successful in the target audience, receiving over 200,000 views.
