Dr. Roberta Woodgate, a medical researcher based in the College of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba, approached ChangeMakers to help brand her vast collection of research. The branding process encouraged Dr. Woodgate to define and articulate her research goals succinctly and the brand – INGauge: Improving care for children and youth – was the successful outcome.
INGauge now is used on grant applications and past and current research projects. By formalizing and trademarking her brand, Dr. Woodgate is leading the way for other researchers to brand their work in meaningful ways, leading to greater recognition and understanding of their important work.
