The JW McConnell Family Foundation engages Canadians in addressing complex social, environmental and economic challenges on the road to building an innovative, inclusive and resilient society.
ChangeMakers designed the Leading Together: Indigenous Youth in Community Partnerships report for the Foundation. Working with a team of writers and editors, ChangeMakers coordinated the collection of stories and photographs and compiled these into a visually appealing and engaging report on Canada’s changing philanthropic and community sector and the new relationships being built with Indigenous peoples.
The report was presented at the 2015 All My Relations gathering in Winnipeg, which brought together community and philanthropists to share in learning and conversation around efforts to create a Canada where the well-being of Indigenous people, and respect for their history and culture, are assured.
