2014 Signature Award – Consumer Publication Design, ISP Student Handbook
The International Student Program (ISP) at Louis Riel School Division (LRSD) [hyperlink] brings hundreds of young people from around the world into the Division. We love the opportunity to encourage kids to choose to come to Winnipeg and enjoy everything LRSD has to offer!
Each year, the ISP brings approximately 300 students to Winnipeg from all over the world to live and study in Canada. Students benefit from a Canadian education and improved English skills while learning about and experiencing Canada’s diverse and vibrant culture.
We have worked with the ISP since 2012, creating a new brand and visual presence to help them promote their programs around the world. We provide writing, editing, design and overall communications support to the ISP, particularly through clarity of language and messages. This is critical to ISP’s success since their target audience is comprised of people speaking multiple different languages.
The materials we have designed and produced have made their way to every corner of the world and have helped the ISP team recruit students to Winnipeg in a highly competitive environment. LRSD’s ISP team is now bringing in more students than ever before.
