Lunch Bell Bistro, housed in a refurbished hotel in downtown Winnipeg, serves nutritious lunches that are prepared and served by work experience students with cognitive and developmental disabilities. While diners enjoy delicious, healthy meals, the students gain valuable employment skills in the culinary field as part of a 20-week program. ChangeMakers helped launch Lunch Bell Bistro by developing its name, designing its logo, designing and developing its website – and even naming the menu items.
