West St. Paul is a rural municipality just north of Winnipeg, Manitoba, with a population of nearly 5,000 residents. In 2013, the municipality recognized that it was at a crossroads in its development and came to ChangeMakers to create a new brand to reflect this change. We created a brand for West St. Paul that simultaneously respects its long, rich history, represents its current reality and anticipates its vision for the future. The new brand provides a welcoming image to welcome families and invite them to ‘live, work and play’ in West St. Paul.
