Klinic Community Health Centre delivers a range of programs and services to individuals from its different sites in Winnipeg, including primary healthcare, mental health, counselling and crisis support. Based in social justice values, Klinic promotes health and quality of life for everyone.
ChangeMakers worked with the Klinic senior management and Board of Directors to develop a strategic plan and an operational plan. We conducted background research to understand the context in which Klinic operates, conducting an environmental scan and interviews with internal and external stakeholders. With the research results as a framework, we facilitated a staff planning session to build in their recommendations for the strategic plan that we presented to the Board of Directors when we facilitated their strategic planning session. We helped Klinic achieve a well-considered strategic plan and then worked with the senior management to develop an operational plan to bring the strategic priorities to life.
